1.       Why should I register?

You could shop as a Guest, however, as a registered user you can conveniently manage your order, save time on your future orders, and keep track of your order history. Click here to register.

2.       Can I order by phone?

To order by phone, call (213) 228-0100.  Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am PST to 6:00pm PST excluding holidays.

3.       Can I modify or cancel my order?

As a register user, you can cancel or modify your order online.  If you shopped as a Guest user, please contact customer service at (213) 228-0100.

4.       Can I check the order status?

·       You can check the status of your order by logging into your account and by clicking Order History.  You can also check your order using your order number. Click here to check the status of your order.

·       Your order confirmation is sent via email when your order has been received.

·       Shipping confirmation and track number are sent via email when the shipment is processed.

7.       What do I do if I haven’t received my entire order?

We make every effort maintain sufficient stock of items and ship your items together.  However, we may run out of stock of popular or seasonal items.  In case item is out of stock, we will notify you via email and the changes to your order will be shown in your order total.

8.       Do you offer international orders?

International order is not available at this time.

9.       What are accepted payment methods?

11.    What is your return policy?

Teejoy has 30 day return guarantee.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, Teejoy.com accepts all returns received within 30 days from date of receipt. 

12.   When will I receive a refund for my return?
